Agreement to Terms​

By accessing or using GoDiffy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service​

GoDiffy provides a visual regression testing platform that allows you to:

  • Upload and compare screenshots
  • Run automated visual tests via API and CI/CD integrations
  • Generate comparison reports
  • Manage testing workflows

Account Registration​

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

Acceptable Use​

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Abuse or overload our systems
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Prohibited Content​

You may NOT upload or store:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
  • Content depicting violence, gore, or harm to individuals
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Personal information of others without consent
  • Malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Content used for phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms. Content moderation may be performed automatically or manually.

User Content​

  • You retain ownership of images and data you upload
  • You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms

Service Availability​

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform maintenance with or without notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

Pricing and Payment​

  • Free and paid plans are available
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Payments are processed securely through Paddle
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

API Usage​

  • API keys are for your use only and must be kept secure
  • Rate limits apply based on your plan
  • Abuse of API access may result in suspension
  • We may modify API endpoints with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property​

  • GoDiffy and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • Our logo, branding, and service marks are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without permission

Termination​

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay for services
  • Abuse the platform

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GODIFFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold GoDiffy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
